• • As a Specialist in Industrial Development, Technology and Innovation, he coordinated the formulation of public policy proposals and oversight of initiatives in partnership with the public and private sector in several industrial value chains, including: oil and gas; shipbuilding; wood and furniture; leather and shoes; agroindustry, industry 4.0, lithium ion batteries and renewable energies (wind and PV solar).

  • As the Agency's main technical staff for the energy area for a decade, he led the debate and the design of public policies for the sector, in cooperation with representatives of the Government and the private sector.

Independent Consultant: Since 2019, Boeira has developed sector development studies and projects for organizations such as the National Confederation of Industry (CNI), the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO), the German Agency for International Cooperation (GIZ), Instituto Ideal and Sodexo.
